Xefer is back with "UNCAGED"

Xefer's new album, UNCAGED, was launched at Star Lounge, Bashundhara City Mall

Xefer Rahman launched her new solo album, Uncaged on 25th of August 2017, music directed by Nagib Haque under the label, Jadughor.

Whenever we are into YouTube there is a name that pops up in the suggestion with mellifluous covers of some top chart songs. Yes, that's right, I am talking about a youth sensation, Xefer Rahman. She is well known for her contrasting voice and her hairstyle. Recently she dropped a solo album named, Uncaged. The album includes 9 radiant songs and the music is directed by Nagib Haque and it was released under the label, Jadughor.

As audacious as she looks with her weird hairdo and bold voice, she fancies to reach out to the audience with each and every song having different stiring touch with all the lyrics and music. Her album launch was held at Star Lounge, Star Cineplex, Bashundhara City Mall on the evening of 25th August, 2017. The title of the album, Uncaged, seems to expedite the freedom and the thought that people should be set free and should make their own decisions. Prior to the album launch, she said in an interview with the Ice Today magazine, “It feels different. I get to discover a new part of me. Also, I get the freedom to say whatever I want through my songs”.

She expects people to love her new album and the songs and she also hopes her songs connect to the listeners. And I do hope she accomplishes her goals to hold out her experiences with phenomenal blend of Haque's good tunes and her badass expressions.
